Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Tracking information is provided when the selected shipping service supports it.
Address accuracy and delivery issues
Review the shipping address before completing checkout. Contact DJ promptly if a package is delayed, damaged, or delivered incorrectly so the available carrier and order records can be reviewed.
