All sales are final. DJ's House of Cards & Comics does not accept returns, exchanges, or buyer-remorse cancellations after payment is submitted.
What is not returnable
Cards, comics, autographs, memorabilia, collectibles, bundles, and discounted or negotiated purchases are sold as final sale items. This includes raw condition opinions, grade expectations, duplicate purchases, change-of-mind purchases, and items that match the listing but no longer fit a collection plan.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If the wrong item is delivered or a package arrives damaged in transit, contact DJ within 3 calendar days of delivery at djscardscomics13@gmail.com. Include the order number or listing ID, clear photos of the item, all packaging, and the shipping label so the issue can be reviewed.
Do not ship items back without instructions
Unapproved return shipments are not accepted. A shipment issue may require carrier documentation, additional photos, or another resolution path before any item movement is discussed.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights required by applicable law. For questions before purchase, contact DJ and include the listing link or inventory ID.
