Returns Policy

Start with a conversation

Contact DJ promptly after delivery if an item is damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the listing. Include the order information and clear photos when relevant.

Return authorization

Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. Return eligibility and the appropriate resolution depend on the item, listing details, and reason for the request.

Item condition

Approved returns must be sent back in the same condition received, with the original holders, packaging, and included materials.

Resolution

After an approved return is received and reviewed, the applicable refund or other agreed resolution will be processed. Contact djscardscomics13@gmail.com with questions before purchase or return shipment.
