These policies apply to purchases and inquiries through DJ's House of Cards & Comics, including website checkout and linked marketplace storefronts when the same inventory is offered on multiple channels. Effective August 12, 2026.
Photos, titles, descriptions, and visible condition details are part of every listing.
Payment confirms a final-sale purchase unless an obvious listing or inventory error requires cancellation.
Availability can change when an item is listed on Shopify, Facebook, Whatnot, TikTok, or this website.

Condition and authenticity
Raw cards, comics, and collectibles are described with visible condition details when known, including wear, corners, edges, centering, surface, creases, writing, staples, covers, and other collector-relevant notes. Photos are part of the condition description.
When an item is slabbed, the listing should show the grading company and grade exactly as presented. PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC, and similar labels are referenced only when they apply to that specific item. Signatures, relics, and memorabilia are represented according to the listing details available; DJ will not overpromise authentication beyond the item data, slab, certificate, manufacturer note, or visible evidence tied to the piece.
Raw items are not guaranteed to receive any future grade. Condition-sensitive buyers should ask for additional photos or clarification before buying. Cards, comics, and collectibles are packed with care according to the needs of the item.
Listings, pricing, and availability
Listings describe the item offered as accurately as practical. Inventory and quantities remain subject to availability until secure checkout is completed and confirmed. If an item sells on another channel first, DJ may cancel the duplicate order and refund the payment.
The price, quantity, shipping charge, taxes, and total shown at checkout control the purchase total. Guide-range listings use the displayed checkout price when checkout is available. Inquiry-only items require confirmation before payment.
Orders and final-sale terms
All sales are final. DJ's House of Cards & Comics does not accept returns, exchanges, or buyer-remorse cancellations after payment is submitted. See the No Returns Policy for damaged or incorrect shipment reporting.
An order is accepted after payment is confirmed. Obvious listing, pricing, shipping, or inventory errors may require cancellation and a full refund. DJ may contact the buyer if more information is needed to complete or protect the order.
Customers must provide accurate contact and shipping information, review item details before purchase, respond to reasonable order questions, and avoid misusing the website, customer accounts, or checkout systems. If the wrong item arrives or a package is damaged in transit, contact DJ within 3 calendar days with photos of the item, packaging, and label so the issue can be reviewed directly.
Information used by the store
Customer accounts use Supabase authentication. Secure checkout is handled by Stripe. Shopify and marketplace channels such as Facebook, Whatnot, and TikTok may process order, buyer, shipping, tax, message, and inventory information when you shop or communicate through those platforms.
Payment-card details are handled by the checkout provider and are not stored in this website's browser code. Order records may include the products purchased, buyer account, email, shipping details, payment status, fulfillment status, and support notes needed to complete or review the order.
Your shopping cart, wishlist, theme choice, and browsing helpers may be stored in your browser. Signed-in wishlist and buyer-profile information may also synchronize to the customer account. Clearing browser storage can remove locally stored information.
Messages and store measurement
Information submitted through contact, sell/trade, want-list, offer, bundle, or marketplace messaging tools is used to respond to questions, offers, sales, trades, consignments, bundle requests, shipping questions, and order concerns. This can include your name, email address, reply preference, message, listing IDs, offer amount, and optional photos. Submitted photos are stored privately for DJ to review; they are not added to the public catalog.
The site records limited first-party, aggregate events such as page views, product opens, cart actions, checkout starts, form submissions, and page-performance measurements. These records do not include contact-form content, email addresses, search terms, cart contents, or a persistent browser identifier. A one-way server-side rate-limit fingerprint may be used briefly to protect public forms and measurement endpoints from abuse.
Sharing, retention, and questions
Information is shared only with service providers and sales channels needed to operate the store, process checkout, manage shipping, maintain inventory, prevent fraud, communicate with customers, and satisfy legal or platform requirements. Order and support records may be retained for business, tax, fraud-prevention, platform, and customer-service reasons.
